Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FounderPulse, a subscription software service that helps founders review selected Gmail and Google Calendar context and prepare a daily operating brief. By creating an account or using FounderPulse, you agree to these Terms.
Your account and Google connection
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. FounderPulse uses Google OAuth to access only the permissions you approve. Gmail and Calendar access is read-only; FounderPulse does not send messages, create events, or make decisions on your behalf. You may disconnect Google at any time in Settings.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, pricing, billing cadence, and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the terms presented at Creem checkout. You can manage or cancel a recurring subscription from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights. You remain responsible for the choices and actions you take using the information surfaced by FounderPulse.
Service availability
We work to keep FounderPulse available and secure, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. FounderPulse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
