What we collect
We collect the information needed to provide FounderPulse: your Google account profile information (such as name and email), account settings, service usage data, and support communications. If you connect Google Workspace, we process the Gmail threads and Calendar events needed to generate your brief.
How Google data is used
Google data is used only to authenticate you, connect your workspace at your request, and generate or improve the brief you ask us to prepare. FounderPulse requests read-only Gmail and Calendar permissions. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow third parties to use it for advertising. We do not send, delete, archive, or modify Gmail or Calendar content.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve FounderPulse; provide support; communicate about your account; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as required by law.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles payment details and purchase records according to its own privacy notice. We also use service providers that help operate infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and AI-assisted brief generation. They may process data only to provide services to us and under appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
You can disconnect your Google Workspace connection in Settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data by emailing us. We may need to retain limited information where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
